How do I book an appointment?
You can easily book through our online form or call us directly to reserve your spot. Walk-ins are welcome, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
Do I need to arrive earlier?
We recommend arriving about 10–15 minutes before your appointment to check in, unwind, and relax before your treatment begins.
Can I choose my therapist?
Yes. You may request either a male or female therapist when booking, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate your preference.
What if I cancel or reschedule?
Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to change or cancel your appointment, so we can adjust our schedule and help avoid fees.
Do you also offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available online and in-store – perfect for birthdays, holidays, special occasions, or simply treating someone you love.
Do you accept insurance or HSA?
While we do not bill insurance directly, clients can use HSA or FSA cards for qualifying massage services, depending on their plan and coverage.
